Shipping Information
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
How much is shipping?
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders within the United States.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using our standard shipping option.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control (weather, carrier delays, holidays, etc.). If your package is significantly delayed, feel free to reach out and we’ll help you track it down.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help, we’re here to assist.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or item, we offer exchanges based on product availability.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sizing responsibility
Please review our sizing information before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@555culture.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide the return address and instructions once your request is approved.
What happens if I send back an item without contacting you first?
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Missions
Missions
We donate 10% of our profits to support missions.
Right now, that goes toward short-term international mission trips through our church, Antioch Orlando. These trips range anywhere from 8 days to 6 weeks and are focused on sharing the Gospel and serving communities around the world.
This summer, Antioch Orlando is sending teams to:
- Italy (6-week and 10-day trips)
- Colombia (8, 13, and 21-day trips)
- Japan (10-day trip)
- Portugal (10-day trip)
- Vancouver (10-day trip)
On these trips, we share the Gospel daily and help connect people to local churches in their area.
